Brunch @ The Westin Bund Center Shanghai
Since Sunday is my day off usually, I went for Brunch to the Westin Bund Center Shanghai. They had a lot of different types of food with amazing choices. Hence, it is all-you-can eat and free flow of champagne (Piper-Heidsieck). As a result, I had a lot of food and lots of champagne. It was nice to relax and to enjoy myself. In addition, some performances (artists, dancers, singers) ensured a nice atmosphere. Besides, I only paid 480 RMB (60 USD) and it was a better Brunch than the one in the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, DC (February 2006) and cheaper. Sorry, John! Heute war ich zum ersten Mal bei dem sehr beliebten Brunch im Westin. Man sitzt sehr entspannt in der Lobby und kann dann an verschiedenen Stationen sich bedienen. Es gibt soviel zu essen, so dass man es kaum schafft alles zu probieren. Ausserdem gibt es noch unlimited Champagner zum Trinken. Es ist schon genial und manchmal frage ich mich, ob dies nicht einzigartig auf der Welt ist. Wo gibt es heute noch solch einen Brunch für 48 Euro? Es ist schon der Wahnsinn. Vor allem hat ja auch noch ein Orchester gespielt und verschiedene Artisten (Kinder) haben eine Akrobatenshow durchgeführt. Nicht schlecht, oder?

wie ich sehe hat noch niemand einen Kommentar abgegeben. So bin ich die erste. Von anderen Blogs weiß ich, daß man sich duzt, so biete ich das Du an. Schön finde ich die Idee, daß Du durch einen Blog Freunde,Bekannte und Verwandte an Deinem Leben in Shanghai teilnehmen läßt. Ich merke, daß Dir das Leben mit Arbeit, Geselligkeit und einkaufen in dieser Wahnsinnsstadt gefällt.

So you thought that the brunch in Shanghai was better than the one in DC huh?? Well we will just have to wait and see what John has to say about that. From what I remember of that brunch it was ok, cant really remember much though. So anyways hows everything going in Shanghai? Hope all is well. Talk to you later.
